At Just Gains®, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. Our gear is built for hard training, long sessions, and the lifestyle that comes with chasing progress.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
You may qualify for a replacement if:
• Your item arrives damaged during shipping
• Your product has a manufacturing defect
• The quality of the item does not meet our standards
How to Request a Replacement
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 15 days of delivery and our team will take care of it.
Please include the following in your message:
• Your order number or the name used for the order
• A clear photo showing the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
• We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
• If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation.
