We want you to love your Just Gains® order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Digital products (e-books)
Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

Email support@justgains.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item subject to availability. Contact support@justgains.store to arrange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
