Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Canada (Standard): 5–10 business days — calculated at checkout
United States: 7–14 business days — calculated at checkout
International: 10–21 business days — calculated at checkout

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders. Check the homepage or your cart for current offers.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Just Gains® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us at support@justgains.store within 7 days.
